 Virtual Office Service Includes:Private Phone Number answered in the manner in which you choose. You will be issued a local NYC number, and a toll free number. The numbers issued to you are exclusively yours. You may use your numbers on business cards, stationery, advertisements, etc. (for as long as you are our client). You will not be charged extra for usage of the toll free number, it is included in your service. Customized Call Answering. We will answer all calls with the greeting that you provide us with. Callers will be given answers to basic questions, and messages will be taken according to your instruction. We will represent ourselves as your full time staff. If you would like different callers to receive different responses, just let us know. You may be in a meeting, with a client, on another call, or we can patch the call directly to you - it's all up to you! Fax Number to be used on advertisements, stationery etc. Or any other way you need it! All faxes will be scanned and emailed to you. Appointment Setting / Order Taking. Our customer service representatives will take orders and make appointments according to your specifications. Simply provide us with product or schedule details, and we will take care of the rest. The personable staff at Gn Office Services is always courteous and professional. You will have peace of mind knowing that appointments are being made, orders are taken, and messages are recorded accurately. Messages will be sent to you at intervals of your choice. You can be notified immediately, hourly, or all at the end of the day. Messages will be sent to you via fax, alpha page to a pager/cell phone, or e-mail. You may also call in for them, or have them all placed in your voicemail box for you to check at your leisure 24 hours a day 7 days a week.... It's all up to you - it's your office! Employment Verification. Gn Office Services will handle all calls regarding past and present employees. We will provide those callers with basic employment information such as employment dates and salary. As with any HR department, it is not Gn Office Services's policy to comment on job performance. Mailing Address. You may use our addresses in both New York and Florida for business cards, stationery, advertisements, mail forwarding and receiving. If you live in a state other than these we can immediately make it appear as if you have offices in at least 3 states. Private and Personalized Voicemail Box. You may access your password protected voicemail box 24/7 from anywhere on earth. You will also have the flexibility to customize and change your voicemail greeting whenever you choose. Mail Forwarding. All received mail will be forwarded to you upon receipt. We do not charge a surcharge, however, you will be responsible for postage. We can also re-mail items for you, so your customers see a postmark from our offices (NY or FL). Any urgent documents can be opened, scanned and emailed to you at your request Is it expensive? Missing a customer's call is expensive. A customer seeing a P.O. Box as your address can be expensive. Not having a toll free number can be very expensive. Losing their business for any reason is definitely expensive! While the value of good communication may be priceless, our Basic Office Service is not! Convenient
Monthly Billing.
The investment
for everything listed above (without any "extras") is $195.00
US per month. This includes 200 minutes of incoming calls per
month. There will be an additional fee of .99 cents per minute
for any minutes over 200. There are several billing options
available. You may pay on a month to month basis or in 3 or 6
month intervals (at a discount 3 months you save $35 & 6 months you save $120) - the choice is yours.
